Please Note

UPS charges $5 to readddress a package after it has been shipped. If you ask UPS to deliver a package to an address other than the one you have supplied us with, UPS will charge us the $5 and we will pass that charge on to you. You can avoid this fee by supplying us up-front with the address you wish your package to be shipped to. (A commercial address is recommended but not required.)

Additional freight fees may apply to extra heavy or oversized packages or multiple-package shipments.

Any package with a length of 60" or longer will be assessed a UPS surcharge.

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Air Delivery (Continental U.S.)
Delivery by UPS. Specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd-Day Air. Charges for air delivery will be added to your order at the time of processing. Payment must be made by CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Ground Delivery to Canada
Delivery by Parcel Post or UPS where available. Payment by credit card or money order in US funds only. No CODs. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged Shipments

Warranties
All warranty claims are between the purchaser and the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for information.

Raptor Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 15 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Call to obtain your Return Authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
After 15 days a 20% restocking fee will be charged ($5 minimum). All returns must be authorized in advance. Call 541.386.4503. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
