PLEASE NOTE: These rates are estimates only, most likely on the high side, especially for small/lightweight products shipping alone. We charge actual shipping with no mark-up. The actual charge is determined when we package the order. Overnight and International shipping is available, please call for quote.
Delivery charges include shipping, handling, and insurance, and are determined by:
- distance;
- size, weight, and number of packages; and
- applicable surcharges, if any (such as for oversize items).
We endeavor to use the best means of shipping we can, at the best price. We usually ship via Priority USPS unless we think it better to ship via UPS in a particular case, or if size restrictions require UPS. Delivery time for UPS is 7-10 business days. Oversize (60"), extra heavy, and multiple packages may require additional shipping.
For overnight shipping and shipping outside the continental U.S., call for estimate. International shipping will be calculated at the time of shipping and varies with shipper and size and weight of package(s). We use USPS Air Mail unless size restrictions require UPS.
Please Note
- UPS charges $5 to re-adddress a package after it has been shipped. If you ask UPS to deliver a package to an address other than the one you have supplied us with, UPS will charge us the $5 and we will pass that charge on to you. You can avoid this fee by supplying us up-front with the address you wish your package to be shipped to. (A commercial address is recommended but not required.)
- Additional freight fees may apply to extra heavy or over-sized packages or multiple-package shipments.
- Any package with a length of 60" or longer will be assessed a UPS surcharge.
- A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Air Delivery (Continental U.S.)
Delivery by UPS. Specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd-Day Air. Call for estimate. Charges for air delivery will be added to your order at the time of processing. Payment must be made by CREDIT CARD ONLY.
Air Delivery to Canada
Shipping charges for air delivery will be added to your order at time of processing. Call for estimate. Payment must be made by CREDIT CARD ONLY. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All warranty claims are between the purchaser and the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for information.
Raptor Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 15 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Call to obtain your Return Authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
