Raptor Signature Deflex/Reflex Longbow

The Raptor Signature Longbow comes from many years of building selfbows and learning what wood will do and not do. The design of the limbs allows you to go much shorter than you are used to and yet still feel that smooth draw and quick release. Spreading the tension and compression over a wider area allows you to go shorter, yet the displacement is in the width rather than the length.

The Signature longbow is a reflex/deflex design with the handle more forward-set to add to the stability, and yet feel smooth upon release as well as being whisper quiet.

Limbs are of Pacific Yew under clear fiberglass with handles of Osage & black walnut or yew & black walnut. Fast Flight compatible with antler tip overlays. Can be made with a leather handle (standard), a stippled grip, or an Elk antler overlay handle, both back and belly of riser. Comes with Fast Flight string with silencers and a bow sock.
